Twitter and Gaza

It’s a new year, a new blog after my decision to stop my 1-year old blog and establish a new blog when I really can write as I like ..

At the End of 2008, Israel Started to Attacks with Air Strikes Over Gaza till today, At First of all Twitter was my resource to get that news as I do not watch News Channels a lot .
With Going Deep Inside the Attacks more updates come up through twitter about What’s going on there on ground, Updates From People Inside Gaza, Discussions Between Human Rights Activists and Israel Attacks Supporters .

At that Point Most of Arab Tweeters knew such an important thing, which is US and Western Media is not showing the truth about Gaza and Just shows that They Attack Hamas and Hamas Fire Rockets on South of Israel .
Here’s where all Understood that There must be some massive PR Campaign to show the truth of Killing Innocent Civilians By Israeli Attacks Which Already Succeeded in couple of days . US Media could no more hide the truth with more Photos about Killed Children, Women In Gaza .
Same is what happened with Youtube, Facebook. Social Media played a great role in the war on Gaza.
All what I’m saying is that people especially in Middle East need to understand How Social Media can be such an important tool to be used if It’s well-used as source of Information. Many people talked about the death of social media services because It doesn’t provide helpful information to users, clients which I don’t think It will be true .

Well…That is nice blog..I’m glad to be among the 1st to comment on.here I’ll be repeating (copying) the comment I left you on the post on FacebookNice post…I’m one of those who dont watch news on TV…instead I turned to social media as neutral yet reliable source of news and information…during the war I shared huge amount of news through the social media and social bookmarks that placed me at the top of social media ppl in Egypt..somehow I noticed that more ppl from around the globe are into knowing more about the attacks on Gaza Strip from ppl living the event day-by-day. That what happened, more ppl are sharing their experience which I shared back on twitter and social bookmarks sequentially increased my profile visit rates and number of followers on twitter.thanks for sharingThanks Again
