How to Update Your Contacts to New Numbers (Updated)

I have just seen many people who don’t know how to automatically update their contacts to the new numbers for All 3 Egyptian Mobile Carriers , Here’s a Quick Post about How to Do it .

Blackberry

You can update your contact list using The Etisalat Application they released yesterday, and also you can use Felsaree3 App By Mobinil . The Apps will update your contacts whatever your carrier is . If you still want more There is Ozbotha For Blackberry & Tazbeet App For Blackberry .

iPhone

iPhone users can Download Arkami App Through the Store , It’s not free BTW .. Or You Can Download Vodafone Engezly To Do the Magic .. FelSaree3 By Mobinil is Working on iPhone . Etisalat App & Tazbeet are still not updated with iOS Updaters ..

Android

I have already used Egypt Contact Updater to update My Phone Contacts , Works Perfectly , There is also Egypt Mobile Numbers Updater App (Thanks @TheMaXeR) , Reviews saying it works find .. Both Free to Download .. If you still want more There is Tazbeet App For Android , Ozbotha For Android & Etisalat Numbering Application Other Devices I would recommend trying to use FelSaree3 App By Sending a Message to 1717 from your mobinil line , or Go to Etisalat Numbering Application Page to Detect your device, and there is also a list of devices if it couldn’t detect yours . For Nokia Smartphones & Other Smartphone Devices , Go Check Ozbotha . Happy 6th October Everyone

hello ,
is there application which modify contacts on PC , i have more than 5000 contacts and everytime i run in on my blackberry (9700) OS 6 it took long time and when it reach 50% it gave me error !!!!!!
would you please update me !

Wow .. So Many Contacts ..
There’s an app from Etisalat to edit on PC .. But haven’t tried it acutally ..

ummm, is there another software he Hisham ?
the one u sent me is too rude !!! it says that it only can do CSV file , and then it can’T read my CSV file !!!!

but the problem was that i was livin in UK and all the English # not saved with the international code , and for sure all the application will change it automatically , thats all my problem .

and i found it too hard to xport the contacts to (.vcf)

but never mind , i’ll do it my way 4 sure , thanks mate )

I would suggest you try Arkami App , It’s paid one .. or go to some Mobinil Store near you if you’re a mobinil customer & ask them to update numbers for you as you couldn’t do it with their App ..

hi hisham,
i have an iphone 4g international factory unlocked, when the numbers changed on 6 october, the names do not appear anymore so i used engezly and changed the numbers to new ones, and still nothing changed and i still get numbers no contact names, i called up vodafone and they told me it is a problem with all iphones, and that that this is because of +2 and i either change it and do not use contry code or wait till further notice! any advice?….

Not sure if there would be a solution for this , I would recommend you try Arkami App, Worst is that it’s not free .. or probably giving a visit to some Vodafone Store to fix this for you .. They’re responsible for such a thing , unfortunate iPhone apps for converting numbers are not that much .. Arkami is the only popular one .. Felsaree3 By Mobinil worked for some people perfectly ..

Can You please try logging through ur mobile to Etisalat Numbering App through one of the links in the post ? there should be an app working for you .. also check ozbotha.com

Would you know if it works to do this on BB that has no BB service? I have only Wi fi ….

Tried to go to those URLs but I keep getting an error. Not sure if it is because of my phone in particular, or is it that it doesnt work unless the BB service is activated.

I’m not sure actually about that, Lavinia .. You may try to activate the daily BB plan for a day just to try this out .. or you can visit your carrier’s store & they will make the changes for you
